I would normally go through my morning routine without reconditioning my mind (mental preparedness). There were days when I do a quick pause before getting up. Some days are good, most days were like OK. A link somewhere led me to this book about morning routine and how to better improve health, happiness, productivity and life in general. Out of curiosity bought this book at a discounted price. The tips are practical and doable. Some I find it nonsense. But there were mornings when I remembered a couple tips and applied "the nonsense" and I can see some sweet improvements in my mood and outlook. I believe this book is geared towards committing into creating a routine that will give the reader a life-long impact. If you are not happy with your life right now, and have less enthusiasm about life and would like to stay that way, then this book is not for you. But if you are completely tired of the repetitive cycle and you want change, you may want to try forming your own morning routine and read this book!Product details

I guess I shouldn't have expected much for a 2.99 book. It took me all of 30 minutes to read this and I gained very little. Basically this guy has a morning routine and it has made him more productive. Oh, and I night routine is important too. And write 10 ideas a day... an idea he stole from someone else. There is very little substance to this book, just a description of the morning routines he has followed and claims of how productive he is.

A fantastic way to get rid of all those sick and unhealthy sleeping in habitual mistakes that I make every day and start doing all my chores in a more productive and organized manner. Some great tips that can really kickstart everyone's daily routine.
Although maintaining a certain morning ritual isn't easy but its possible. A routine is like a habit and I have some things I have been doing for a couple of years like Praying every morning, Doing some routine exercise and deep breaths by shaun tee, taking water to enrich my body for the new day. You too can have you morning habits that should stick with you just like the Author emphasizes it.
“You can be totally successful, have everything, but if you are not fulfilled, you are a failure.” This makes me take a deep breath, re-organize my thoughts and agrees this sentence is totally speaking the truth. Life can be a routine somehow; we sometimes need a different approach with our daily life. And this is where this book comes in. It talks about a morning routine that will help you find out what are your happiness in life, your life fulfillment and push you to be proactive in your daily life. I will recommend this book to my friends that are always stressing and too busy at work.
This is a great short read. My morning routine has been pretty consistent for years. Before I started with my morning ritual, it's almost sacred to me, no it is sacred to me, I was one of those people she describes in the book as waking up to the loud beep of an alarm clock, running around to get ready for work, feeling rushed and irritable, and you wouldn't even think about talking to me before my coffee. I have seen huge changes in almost every aspect of my life regarding my morning routine and there are a few new ideas in this book I look forward to incorporating. If you have never done a morning routine to start your day proactively then this is a great read, if you already have a routine you may find something new in here. All in all recommended.
Bastian Penn, the author has written a unique book. Most everyone in the world, he says, is starting their days the wrong way. They’re angry, they’re frustrated and stressed out and of course this affects the job, the relationships with the people in that person’s life. There is a better way. The author suggests we follow his lead as he shares with us exactly what he does from the moment he wakes up in the morning to the moment he starts working with this step by step program that is easy to replicate. He promises a transformation and will be surprised by the results you will create in your life and in your day, which helped him have a better and more powerful life. Being happier and more fulfilled will give you more success in your life. Why not? Who doesn’t want to be happier and more successful and who wouldn’t donate a little bit of their time to get there?
Mr Penn has a set of states he begins first thing in the morning, his morning routine and the first thing he does, which made me smile, is to Smile. Smiling instantly releases endorphins. He mentioned a study of some people who were clinically depressed and all they had to do was smile, a huge ear to ear smile, and guess what? It radically helped them improve their depression, even got a lot of them off meds. Being grateful is in there, along with breathing and meditation, but the step I really resonate with in the Incantations and Affirmations he learned from a Tony Robbins workshop. He explains the difference. With incantation you use your entire body and you speak loudly with emotions to get your statement engraved in your subconscious.
